Guide students on use of the Computer Labs
Monitor lab equipment
Basic computer troubleshooting
Maintain lab cleanliness
Maintain lab use policies
Assist with student equipment loan program
Provide Technical Support:
NetID account help
WiFi troubleshooting (Windows/Mac/Other, etc.)
DUO MFA troubleshooting
Mobile Device Configurations (Apple, Android, Other)
Malware scanning and advice on best practices
Assist with access/connection to UTD computing resources
Document issues using the Atlas ticketing system
Assist users with the Print Management System (CometPrint)
Inform users about IT applications and services available
Be familiar with campus locations and resources
Assist users with Poster Printing, sizing, and pricing
Help maintain CometPrint Stations around campus
General Troubleshooting help
Assist Students, Faculty, and Staff with a variety of applications
